Assemblyman for Hangaline -Ngbaripe-Alhassankura Electoral area, Hon. Gorden Kumatey (DJ Flenzy) has organized a joyous kid’s party on Sunday, 14th April, 2024 in the Hangaline community to celebrate Eid-Ul-Fitr with the Kid’s in that community.
The event, attended by children from diverse backgrounds was a resounding success, filled with total entertainment and refreshments fully sponsored by the Assemblyman.
The Assemblyman, known for his dedication to community development, expressed his delight in bringing together children from different walks of life to celebrate the Eid event.
Speaking at the event, Hon. Kumatey emphasized the importance of fostering understanding and camaraderie among the youth, regardless of religious or ethnic differences.
“I believe in the power of unity and celebration,” said Kumatey Gorden. “Events like these not only bring joy to our children but also promote tolerance and togetherness within our communities.”
The kids’ party featured activities including group dancing, with their parents joining hands to ensure the success of the event, contributing their time and resources to create a memorable experience for the children.
Hon. Kumatey Gorden announced his plans to extend similar initiatives to other communities within his electoral area including Ngbaripe, Alhassankura and Amadukura (Sagiss), aiming to spread the message of inclusivity and unity beyond Hangaline.
He pledged to work closely with opinion leaders, Parents and volunteers to organize more events that celebrate the diversity of the Electoral area.
The gesture by Hon. Kumatey received widespread praise from residents and community leaders alike, who commended the Assemblyman for his commitment to promoting social cohesion and cultural understanding.
