The MCE nominee for the East-Gonja Municipal Assembly, Hon Mohammed Tamimu, has received blessings from the recently eskinned Paramount Chief of the Klaw Traditional Area. The overlord of the Klaw Traditional Area, Klaw-wura Akurati expressed his sincerest gratitude to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for retaining Hon Mohammed Tamimu in office so as to continue with his stewardship as the MCE for the East-Gonja Municipality.
The Klaw-wura with his Traditional Cabinet pledged to earnestly support the MCE bring development to his jurisdictional enclave. He, however, pleads with His Excellency, President of the Republic of Ghana, through the East-Gonja MCE nominee to rehabilitate the Klaw Traditional Area road Network in order to facilitate economic activities in the area. The royal cabinet of the Klaw-wura also pleaded with the MCE to give priority attention to basic education in the area.
The MCE nominee for the East-Gonja Municipality, Mohammed Tamimu (Hon), promised the Klaw-wura to fixing the road network of the area if all things being equal. He also pointed out that, in a not too distance future, seven hundred (700) dual furniture would be supplied to the entire Klaw Area as first furniture intervention to assist complement education in the area. The MCE used the platform to officially inform the Klaw Royal Cabinet of his re nomination as the MCE of the East-Gonja Municipal Assembly. The MCE pledged a frequent visitation to the Klaw area when confirmed.
In attendance include the four Assembly members of theKlaw area, the Royal Chief Imam, the Constituency Women Organizer, the Presiding Member of the EGMA and the Constituency 2nd Vice Chairman of the NPP in Salaga South.
