The Savannah Regional Coordinating Council has been ranked 3rd out of the 16 regions in Ghana for the year 2022 in the local government performance rating, under the leadership of the regional Minister, Hon. Saeed Muhazu.
The Local Government Service’s evaluation highlighted excellent and good ratings for the various councils in the country with the Volta RCC securing the top spot and the Western North RCC scoring the lowest.
The head of the office of Local Government Service released the rankings after a monitoring and verification exercise of the 2022 service performance contract of all 16 Regional Coordinating Councils with emphasis on their overall assessment.
Many have commended the Hon Regional Minister, his Regional Coordinating Director, the staff of the RCC and all regional departments for their roles played in achieving this success.
