We have the opportunity to grow and create jobs for Ghanaians.

We have the opportunity to grow and create jobs for Ghanaians.

Abdulai Zulkaninu – PAD FM – Sunday February 7, 2024

Ghanaians are yelling at leadership of the country for improvement in infrastructures and access to jobs to help contribute their quota towards the growth and development of the country.

We have the opportunity to develop our country and create opportunities for the masses. With little commitment to serve as leaders, Ghana can grow faster and better.

We can decide to fill our pockets with the necessary resources at the expense of the Ghanaian people, especially, the youth. The youth are the current and future hope of the Republic of Ghana.

We have the opportunity to build a foundation where future generations of Ghanaians can build on and jobs search will be a competition so that the best and bright are selected to work in certain industries. We have the men with the required skills to execute this agenda.

On the other hand we can continue to employ people by whom you know basis and fill vacancies with unqualified or undeserved people. But one thing must be clear to us all as Ghanaians.
Where there’s no or under performance, the organization will go nowhere, the country will struggle as we are witnessing and people with proper principle brains will be lost in the system.

Zulka

The choice is ours today and no one will make it for us. The time to turn the tables outside down is now. Now and not the future!

We must be bold to outline a policy document for at least five (5) major sectors or ministries such as Finance and economy, Agriculture, Education, Lands and Natural resources, and Roads and Highways ministries. With strict policy spending and monitoring and evaluation to complement our policy efforts.

The time to break this feed and fill your pockets with state resources is now and now.

We can turn our country’s poor struggles upside down within a decade. Yes, within a decade.
