In a proactive move, the Damongo branch of the Gonjaland Youth Association (GLYA) has initiated a series of community stakeholder engagements, emphasizing the significance of collective support for the upcoming Gonjaland Youth Association Congress slated for 2024.
Commencing their outreach efforts, the GLYA team commenced with a courtesy call to the Chief of Laribanga, establishing a foundation for collaborative efforts. Subsequently, the team engaged with chiefs and elders in Mognori, fostering connections and understanding.
The community tour concluded on a positive note in Murugu, where the team was warmly received, and a productive dialogue ensued. Murugu residents expressed their elation at being recognized as integral members of the association, showcasing a palpable enthusiasm for actively supporting the GLYA cause.
