Mrs. Mabel Judith Micah, the Savannah Regional Director of the Ghana Education Service (GES), has passed on after months of battling health complications.
Mrs. Micah, who had been receiving medical treatment in Accra for the past seven months, died on friday, 27th September, 2024.
Her health issues stemmed from a tragic car accident that occurred on the Kumasi-Accra highway. The crash claimed the life of her storekeeper, Baba Wusamah, who died instantly, while Mrs. Micah was left in critical condition.
Despite receiving extensive medical care, she succumbed to her injuries.
Mrs. Mabel Judith Micah was widely respected for her contributions to education in the Savannah Region, and her passing has left many in mourning.
