The Savannah Regional chairman for the New Patriotic Party, Alhaji Iddrisu Sulemana popularly known as Prof Kalamonia has offered one thousand Ghana cedis financial support to the United Hairdressers Association in Damongo, the savannah regional capital.
The support came when the leadership of the association paid a courtesy call on Prof. Kalamonia on Monday, 31st January, 2022, at his residence in Damongo to officially inform him about the formation of the association and to, as well invite him to the association’s inauguration.
Alhaji Iddrisu Sulemana thanked the leadership of the United Hairdressers Association for extending an invitation to him to be part of their inaugural ceremony and praised the women for their efforts to bring it’s members together under one umbrella and pledged his support towards the growth of the association.
A cash donation of GHc1,000 was handed over to the association on behalf of the regional chairman by his Aide, Mr. Kanyiti Saburu Kantamah popular known as Alhaji Nabco to help them in their preparatory activities ahead of the inauguration of their association.
The leadership of the United Hairdressers Association expressed gratitude to Chairman Kalamonia for the warm reception and for his kind and cash assistance towards their inauguration and urged other leaders in the region to emulate his leadership style in order to help grow the young and infant region.
