Improving Sanitation and Access to Water
In the area of sanitation, Hon. Zongo spearheaded the renovation of two existing toilet facilities within his electoral area. The initiative contributed to improving sanitation conditions and promoting a cleaner and healthier environment for residents.
He also supported the renovation of existing hand-dug wells, which served as important sources of water for community members. Recognizing the importance of access to water, he further organized communal labour for the construction of additional hand-dug wells to help address water needs in communities.
Mobilizing Communities for Development.
Beyond sanitation and water, Hon. Zongo demonstrated his ability to mobilize communities for development projects through communal labour. Under his leadership, community members participated in various road improvement and infrastructure initiatives, including work on the Bunkpurugu–Jilik Road, Nanyar–Kambagu Road and Gbankouni–Kambatiak Road.
He also helped mobilize communal labour for the construction of the Kpentaung Footbridge, improving movement and accessibility for residents.
Another notable intervention was the organization of communal labour to open the Gambaga Scarp, which had been blocked by a large rock. The exercise received support from the youth of Nakpanduri.

Hon. Zongo’s community development efforts also extended to education and social infrastructure. He organized communal labour for the construction of the Salibouku “B” Day Care Centre and supported efforts towards the construction of a three-unit classroom block.
