The king made this statement on Tuesday, 21st March, 2023 in his maiden address read on his behalf by his spokesperson Benkromwura Saaka at the King’s outdooring ceremony held at Damongo.

He said the savannah region was placed at the bottom of all the other regions with an average pass rate of 5.4% at the most recent WASSCE exams and further explained that by the recent pass rate, the are going to have in the future, a very frightening prospect and said it must change if the must have a future for their children and the kingdom.
