MTN Ghana has launched a new range of speed-based Unlimited Fibre packages aimed at providing households with faster internet connectivity, greater flexibility, and enhanced value as demand for reliable home broadband services continues to grow across the country.

The introduction of the new packages forms part of MTN Ghana’s commitment to promoting digital inclusion and improving the everyday lives of customers through innovative technology solutions.

The refreshed fibre packages offer internet speeds of up to 100Mbps, 300Mbps, and 500Mbps, enabling households to support multiple online activities simultaneously, including remote work, virtual learning, video streaming, online gaming, and smart home applications.

Available to both new and existing fibre customers, the plans come with unlimited data and flexible subscription options designed to meet the diverse needs of homes and internet users.

Speaking on the new offering, Richard Acheampong, Chief Home Officer of MTN Ghana, said the packages were developed in response to evolving customer demands and the increasing reliance on high-speed internet connectivity in homes.

Richard Acheampong

“Home internet connectivity has become an essential part of everyday life. Whether it is supporting children with online learning, enabling professionals to work remotely, helping entrepreneurs run their businesses, or allowing families to stay connected and entertained, customers need a service that can keep pace with their lifestyles,” he stated.

He added that as MTN celebrates 30 years of impact in Ghana, the company remains committed to ensuring that every home has access to reliable, high-speed internet services that empower people to live, learn, and work better.

Under the revised fibre packages, customers can subscribe to:
• GHS299 per month for speeds of up to 100Mbps;
• GHS444 per month for speeds of up to 300Mbps; and
• GHS999 per month for speeds of up to 500Mbps.

To provide additional value, customers who choose longer subscription periods will enjoy discounted rates. Quarterly subscriptions attract a 5 percent discount, while semi-annual and annual subscriptions come with discounts of 7 percent and 10 percent respectively.

Customers can conveniently purchase the packages through the MyMTN App, MTN’s Self-Service Portal, and the *5057# shortcode.

According to MTN Ghana, the introduction of the speed-based Unlimited Fibre packages reinforces the company’s efforts to deliver innovative connectivity solutions that respond to the changing needs of households while supporting digital inclusion and economic growth across the country.

The latest initiative underscores MTN Ghana’s vision of building a digitally connected society where individuals, families, and businesses can thrive through access to reliable and high-quality internet services.
