Damongo based musician, Alhassan Mukadas said he sees himself as the one and only musician when it comes to writing, singing, performance and dancing. His reason is that he doesn’t compete with any other musician but only tries to improve on his past .
In chat with Anna B of radio PAD (95.1mhz) Lexicon as he is affectionately called in the showbizz, declared himself and his record Label as the best in the Savannah region and the Entertainment Industry “Rullers”
According to Lexicon, for one to be the greatest champion, they need to be completely versatile and improve from the past.
“You may not win when you keep competing with others because you will always dance and compete with their values but not yours. If the music world is a jail then I and my Label are the lions that rule it, we are the “RULLERS”.
The famous Damongo based musician is a multi talented musician in the Savanna region of Ghana.
This current trending young superstar started his music career in the year 2016 and five (5) years, he is the peoples’ favorite artist.
The Baamulose entertainment singer and rapper stated that movement from one record label to another is not a bad decision to make but musician have to make sure that the new lable is ready to push or work harder than the old one.
Answering questions on PADFM 95.1mhz entertainment show “Know Your Artist “, the BADARA hitmaker added that industry managers, family, friends and fans should not hesitate investing in artists because music is a profitable business.
The “Free Hype” rapper challenged his colleague musicians to always appear good , simple, stylish, presentable, smart and fashionable because they serve as role models “Our appearance presents us to the audience”.
He stated that artists should stay away from been celebrities with fake lifestyles or identities because this tag, “fake”, kills career within a shortest period from the scene. Be yourself, let your fans know and like you for whom you are. Lexicon appoealed to the audience not to judge the musicians base on their appearance, this doesn’t detect their real values and lives.
He opined that hypocrisy, disunity, hate, violence and all the negative attitudes must be kept on the low key, saying music is the voice for the voiceless. Even though music is a business but don’t forget to respect your integrity and your brand as well.
Artists need money to support and showcase their talent to the world instead of grabbing all opportunities that come their way.
One doesn’t have to limit his project to Savannah region only. Sell your hardwork to the public, let the world hear you out through all media handles but in a positive and clean way
Lexicon said the power and strength of musicians income is now in the social media because we are in the digital age. He appealed to listeners try their best to subscribe to channels and follow musicians and entertainers on social media. No matter your popularity, if your followers on media handles are not encouraging, then you still have a long way to go.
He therefore pleaded with fans and the general public to stream on Audiomack, spotify, subscribe to his You Tube channel and also try to follow his media handles which is “Lexicon GH”.
