The Managing Director of the Ghana Water Company, Ing. Dr. Clifford Braimah on Friday, 24th February, 2023 donated Ghc 10,000 cash and Five hundred (500) packs of bottled mineral water to support the funeral of late King of Gonjaland, Yagbonwura Prof. Tuntumba Boresah (I) and has also contracted a water tanker to supply water to households in Damongo that will house visitors from now till the end of the funeral.
The donation by the Ghana Water Company MD was facilitated and presented on his behalf by the Gonjaland Youth Association led by it’s President, Lawyer Alhaji Mohammed Amin Osman.
The gesture by Ing. Dr. Clifford Braimah was received by the Funeral planning committee Chairman, Mankpanwura Jakpa Achor-Ade Borenyi ( I ) on behalf of the acting head of the Kingdom, Sonyowura Kanyiti (I ) and expressed gratitude to Dr. Clifford Braimah for the Donation and asked that, God continues to bless him in his endeavours.
Meanwhile, the North American branch of the Gonjaland Youth Association has also donated a bull and a cash amount of Ghc 1,000 to support the funeral of the late king.
