The East Gonja Municipal Chief executive, Hon. Richard Broni On Thursday, 15th December, 2022 handed over 1,200 dual desk furniture to the East Gonja Municipal education Directorate to be distributed to schools within the Municipality to ensure that students are comfortable in their learning processes in order to improve on the quality of education.
Receiving the desk on behalf of the Municipal education Directorate, the Municipal Education Director, madam Christina Maabo Donzun said, the dual desks will help facilitate effective teaching and learning in the area and therefore, thanked the MCE and the municipal assembly for the gesture.
The MCE on his part explained that, education is paramount to him as a chief executive and that, the assembly will continue to do it’s best in the education sector in order to improve on the quality of education delivered within the Municipality.
He added that, the President Nana Akufo-Addo led administration will continue to make education affordable for everybody at the school going age as it is so dear to the Nana Akufo-Addo government.
He was joined by the Municipal Coordinating Director, Chief Zakaria Wunbei and some NPP Executives including Hon. Adam Mohammed Masur Youth Organizer, Hon. Dramani Abubakari Organizer.
