The paramount chief for the kpembi Traditional area, Kpembewura Bangbane Ndefoso IV has donated a motorbike, Refrigerator and a set of Table and Chairs to the kpembe CHPs compound.
Donating the items on behalf of the Kpembiwura on Monday, 12th September, 2022 at Salaga in the East Gonja Municipality of the Savannah region, Marbonwura Asumani Yakubu said, one of the key areas of which the paramount Chief is passionate about is health care delivery in the area, hence the need for the donation of the items by the Kpembewura which he believes will help enhance and boost the activities of health care delivery in the area.
In Receiving the items, the municipal health Director for health services, Mr. Zakaria Abdul Kassim said the donation by the revered chief came at the right time and will go a long way to help promote health care services in the area.
He said, the items will be used for their intended purpose and admonished members of the area to keep their eyes on the activities of health professionals and report any staff with bad behavior to the directorate for the appropriate actions to be taken on such persons.
Mr. Zakaria Abdul Kassim on behalf of the staff of the kpembe CHPs compound expressed gratitude to the Kpembewura for the gesture and assured him of their proper usage.
