The Former MP for Salaga South, Hon. Salifu Adam Braimah has once again shown his generosity and commitment to the welfare of the Muslim community has donated some 130 bags of sugar to Muslims his constituency as Ramadan begins across the country.

Ramadan is a month of spiritual reflection, fasting, and increased devotion and worship for Muslims worldwide. During this month, Muslims fast from dawn to sunset, abstaining from food and drink.

The breaking of the fast, known as iftar, is an essential part of the Ramadan experience and the donation of the sugar by the former MP is an important contribution to the iftar meal.

Hon. Braimah’s donation of the 130 bags of sugar is a testament to his commitment to the welfare of his constituents.

The sugar is expected to be distributed to the various groups in the constituency including Constituency executives, polling station executives, council of elders, patrons, chiefs and imams in Salaga and its environs.

The distribution of the sugar is a significant gesture as it will help ease the burden on the less privileged in the community who might not be able to afford the necessary items for their iftar meals.

It is also a symbol of unity and solidarity as Hon. Braimah’s donation brings people from different backgrounds and affiliations together to share in the spirit of Ramadan.

Hon. Braimah has always been known for his philanthropic activities in the Salaga South Constituency. He has been a strong advocate for the development of the constituency and his donation of the 130 bags of sugar to the Muslim community is just one of the many ways he has demonstrated his commitment to the people he ever represented.

Hon. Salifu Adam Braimah’s donation is a welcomed gesture that will go a long way in supporting the less privileged during the month of Ramadan and his commitment to the welfare of his constituents is exemplary, and his generosity is an inspiration to others.

He was commended for his efforts and urged others to follow his lead in supporting their communities during the holy month of Ramadan.
