The creation of the Savannah Region by the President of the Republic of Ghana, H.E. Nana Akufo Addo, and his Vice President Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia has brought ample infrastructural development and human resources development to the region.
Chairman Kalamonia-led NPP Savannah Regional executives have chalked so many laurels that have made the NPP party in the region be parted at the back by all well-meaning party folks and leadership afar and near for the sterling performance in the 2020 general election.
In the quest for Professor Kalamonia and his hardworking executives to achieve their goal of making the NPP much more attractive in the region, Professor Kalamonia worked assiduously and closely with the necessary stakeholders to get at least one or two people appointed at the National level.
I am confident to say that, the extraordinarily work and prayers of him and that of the entire region came to fruition today when Hajia Safia Mohammed hitherto the Savannah Regional Women Organizer’s name came up at the National Executive Committee meeting and he made a very strong case for the appointment of his Regional Women Organizer and finally, the wish of the people of Savannah has come to fruition with an appointment of a Deputy National Women’s Organizer.
A hearty congratulations to Hajia Safia and the entirety of the Savannah region.
It is my fervent prayers that, our goal of breaking the 8 and making Savannah an NPP dominating Region comes into fruition in 2024 and beyond.
In conclusion, I wish to congratulate you Hajia Safia and all other appointees once again for and on behalf of Alhaji Iddrisu Sulemana Professor Kalamonia and assure you of the support of him and his people to enable you and your colleagues succeed as national executives.
