In a remarkable display of unity and devotion, the women’s wing of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) came together across all constituencies in the Savannah Region to observe a National Day of Prayer.
The event, aimed at fostering development and tranquility in the country, saw enthusiastic participation from all constituencies within the region.
Hajia Ubeda Nurudeen, alongside the dedicated women’s wing of the Damongo constituency, including polling station women organizers, Mallams, and well-wishers gathered for this significant occasion.
The highlight of the event was a series of uplifting and powerful prayers, instilling hope and inspiration among the participants. The women’s wing offered their prayers for a smooth and incident-free November 4th presidential primary.
The Regional chairman of the NPP, Alhaji Iddrisu Sulemana Kalamonia, joined in remotely, contributing his heartfelt prayers and offering words of encouragement and support to the women.
This heartwarming initiative was spearheaded by the indefatigable national women’s organizer, Mama Kate Gyamfua, along with her dedicated deputies, Hajia Sofia and Mimi Duah.
Hajia Ubeda Nurudeen took the opportunity to call for unity and a shared commitment to the mission of ‘breaking the 8.’
