On Monday, 19th of September, 2020. The Salaga South Nasara Wing together with Chairman Awudu Assembly joined the Family of Alhaji Sofo (the Salaga fulani Chief) at the colourful wedding ceremony of their beloved daughter.
The Nasara Wing was led by the Nasara Coordinator Hon. Ahmadu Tijani Abubakar(Papanunu) and his deputy Hon. Elliasu Alhassan celebrated this joyous moments with the fulani community. The Nasara Wing later had a meeting with the fulani community on the need to rally their support behind the NPP government to continue with the unprecedented developmental projects.
The Nasara Coordinator reiterated that, the Nasara Wing of the NPP is tailored towards meeting the developmental needs of the minority tribes and his outfit is engaging other stakeholders in facilitating for support to meet the needs of these groups.
The Constituency Chairman on his part thanked the fulani community in Salaga for their unflinching support to the NPP over the years and assured them that all their concerns have been received and leadership have solved some and are also working on most of their concerns. He also encouraged them to continue supporting the party to help meet our foremost agenda of taking back our parliamentary seat and breaking the eight (8) at large.
The fulani community of Salaga were full of joy and thanked the NPP Chairman and the Nasara Wing for such a wonderful encounter and were quick to expressed their appreciation for having one of their own Hon. Elliasu Alhassan a Zabarma man part of the executive board and pray for Allah’s continuous guidance and protection in their respective endeavour.
The Nasara Wing later presented some assorted drinks to the group and thanked them for such fruitful encounter.
