Division One league side Yapei United FC has been kicked out of the 2024/25 MTN FA cup organized by GFA and sponsored by MTN Ghana.
Division two side, TF Exponential progressed to the next stage of the 2024/25 MTN FA Cup competition after beating Yapei United fc via penalty shootout on Sunday 27th October , 2024, at the McCoy AstroTurf.
The entertaining encounter ended goalless within regulation time. The two sides had their chances to win but failed to take advantage
The game went into penalties and TF Exponential fc won 5-4 on to get to the next round of the competition for the first time in history.
