Mumuni Yahaya Kiyoyo Zambache has declared his intention to contest for the position of Savannah Regional Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) when nominations open.
His decision follows broad consultations with party stakeholders and is grounded in years of dedicated service at different levels of the party, including Branch Communications Officer, Branch Youth Organizer, Polling Agent, and Constituency Communications Officer for two consecutive terms.
He has also served as a member of the Savannah Regional Communications Bureau, gaining experience in grassroots mobilization, media engagement, crisis communication, and strategic messaging.
Kiyoyo says his vision is to strengthen the region’s communication machinery through proactive and unified messaging, enhanced training for constituency and branch communicators, and improved visibility across traditional and digital media platforms.
He also aims to promote collaboration within party structures and ensure timely responses to issues affecting the party and the Savannah Region. Describing his bid as a commitment to serve rather than personal ambition, Mumuni Yahaya is appealing to delegates and party faithful to support his candidature.

DECLARATION OF INTENT TO CONTEST FOR THE POSITION OF SAVANNAH REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
Fellow members of the National Democratic Congress(NDC), distinguished leaders, executives, and grassroots comrades of the Savannah Region.
After broader consultation with the various stakeholders of our dear party in the Savannah Region, I, Mumuni Yahaya Kiyoyo Zambache write with humility, deep gratitude, and a strong sense of purpose to formally declare my intention to contest for the position of Savannah Regional Communications Officer when nominations open.
My decision stems from years of dedicated and consistent service to our great party at various levels. I have had the privilege and honour to serve in the following capacities:
Branch Communications Officer of the Almanara polling station,Branch Youth Organizer for two terms in the same polling station, Polling Agent for several elections, Constituency Communications Officer for two consecutive terms, a member of the Savannah regional communications bureau, among others
These roles have equipped me with firsthand experience in grassroots mobilization, effective messaging, media engagement, crisis communication, and building strong relationships with party members, the media, and the general public. I have worked tirelessly to promote the party’s ideals, defend its image, and ensure our message reaches every corner of the constituency and beyond.
If given the mandate to serve as Savannah Regional Communications Officer, I pledge to bring fresh energy, innovation, and strategic thinking to the position. My vision includes, strengthening the region’s communication machinery for more proactive, unified, and impactful messaging, enhancing training and support for constituency and branch communicators
Improving the party’s visibility and narrative across traditional and digital media platforms, fostering greater collaboration between the regional secretariat, communicators, and other structures, ensuring timely and effective responses to issues affecting our party and the people of the Savannah Region.
This is not a quest for personal ambition but a commitment to serve the party with integrity, loyalty, and excellence. I believe that with collective effort, we can build a more vibrant, responsive, and winning communication team that will significantly contribute to the success of our party in the Savannah Region and nationally.
I humbly appeal to all delegates, executives, and party faithful across the region to support my candidature when the time comes. I am ready to engage with you, listen to your concerns, and work together for the greater good of our party.
