The annual sallah festival musical concert dubbed ” SallahFest organized by the member of Parliament for Damongo, Hon. Lawyer Samuel Abu Jinapor has this year attracted thousands of attendees.
The event which was held at the forecourt of the MP’s constituency office in Damongo on Sunday, 23rd April, 2023 witnessed the performance of artists bailed for the program except Yoriyori from Larabanga who lost his father same day.
Abu Jinapor’s Sallahfest is celebrated every year with musical performances from Gonjaland artists with this year’s event featuring artists such as Olaadis, Legxicon, Ebony, Yaro, Kegbulunchu 1 and many others to marks the end of the Islamic holy month of Ramadan which is a time for Muslims around the world to come together, share food and gifts, and celebrate the blessings of Allah.
The event which was fully sponsored by the Damongo Law maker was witnessed by the West Gonja Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Musah Karim Kusubari and some Constituency Executives of the NPP in the Damongo Constituency.
