(Damongo) – Newly appointed Executive Director for Policy Think Tank, BASKIN AFRICA,
Mr. Issifu Seidu Kudus Gbeadese is calling on the youth of the Gonja state and Ghana to utilize any positive platform offered them to open up more opportunities for themselves and others.
Kudus Seidu added that his current status as the Executive Director should serve as a lesson to all. Once you are given a platform to serve, try as much as possible to use the position for the benefit of the larger society.
Speaking on Damongo based Radio Peace and Development (Radio PAD 95.1) Kareyanch3 Super Morning on Monday, Kudus Seidu said he owes much appreciation to former MP for Damongo constituency, Hon Adam Mutawakilu Galus for guiding him this far.
‘I want to express my greatest gratitude to Hon Adam Mutawakilu Galus for giving me the right platform to serve to get to this level. Galus picked me up as a student and nurtured me to get to this level. I also, want to thank the media and all stakeholders who have played various roles in getting me this far, my parents, loved ones, friends and everyone involved’.
Early Monday morning, the Directors of a policy Think Tank, BASKIN AFRICA, unanimously appointed the youth activist and a writer, Mr. Issifu Seidu Kudus Gbeadese as the Executive Director of the Think Tank. This decision was reached in a meeting by the Directors of the organization.
Mr Issifu Seidu Kudus Gbeadese, a prolific writer, got this opportunity to serve as the Executive Director on the back of his consistent advocacy in the areas of good governance, good policy making, especially in the areas of youth and women empowerment, sustainable development among others.
The new Executive Director is an economic policy analyst, an LLB student, a Research Assistant, a writer and a community development advocate.
The Directors and members of the Think Tank gave Mr Issifu Seidu Kudus Gbeadese the opportunity to serve in this capacity and to bring his expertise to bear in the forward march of the organization and the overall development of Ghana and Africa at large.
